Internationalt Adult Leader Training 1

As a participant you will learn new skills as a result of first-hand experience through learning-by-doing combined with theoretical instruction. The goal is that you should be able to learn and reflecton your own actions, and be able to translate what you have learned to change your own behaviour patterns as a leader. This you will do together with other Danish and Macedonian scout leaders.

In this course you will learn about:
? personal leadership.
? motivation of yourself and others.
? conflict management.
? process methods.
? values in scouting.
? how can adults contribute in scouting at home and in the world?
? teamwork.
? sharing experiences.
? evaluation and feedback.

You are ...
? an adult leader from the age of 20 looking for inspiration in an international scout context.
? section and/or group leader.
